Orders
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping coming soon. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do.

Are VALE sunglasses polarised?
Most VALE styles feature TAC polarised lenses to help reduce glare and improve visual clarity. Product pages will clearly indicate whether a style includes polarised lenses.
Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
Yes. All VALE sunglasses offer UV400 protection, helping to protect your eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays.
What materials are your frames made from?
Our frames are crafted from premium acetate, chosen for its durability, comfort and timeless finish.
What are TAC lenses?
TAC (Tri-Acetate Cellulose) lenses are lightweight, durable and provide excellent optical clarity. They also offer superior polarisation, making them ideal for everyday wear.
Why are some lenses CR39?
A small number of styles feature premium CR39 lenses, which are known for their exceptional optical clarity and lightweight feel.

How do I know which style will suit me?
Each product page includes a Size & Fit guide with measurements and a description of how the frame fits. You can also visit our Find Your Fit page for more information.
What do the measurements mean?
You'll see three measurements listed on each product page, for example:

- Lens Width
- Bridge Width
- Temple Length

Returns
Do you offer returns?
Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and returned in their original packaging.
What if my sunglasses arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Warranty
Do VALE sunglasses come with a warranty?
Yes. All VALE sunglasses are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered.
